Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and engage Futures users, driving trading volumes and retention.
• Analyze user behavior and key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and user experience.
• Plan and run Futures trading competitions, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Manage the Futures Affiliates Program, onboarding and managing high-value affiliates.
• Create and implement incentive structures for affiliates to promote the exchange and increase engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and local teams to align growth initiatives with product updates.
• Track KPIs and provide reports with actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in growth, operations, or marketing within the crypto or financial services industries.
• Deep knowledge of crypto Futures products, including futures and perpetual swaps.
• Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate programs with a focus on acquisition and incentive models.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive informed decisions and optimize strategies.
• Creative and innovative marketing skills to succeed in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and external partners.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for managing global/regional users and affiliates.
