Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in data analytics or operations.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.
• Background in financial services or investment banking is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and regions.
• Excellent communication, research, and writing skills.
• Ethical integrity, dedication, and passion for the mission.
• Graduate degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluency in English; project leadership experience is a bonus.
