Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute legal strategies for litigation and regulatory issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external legal counsel, handling negotiations.
• Provide proactive legal guidance to internal teams, aligning strategies with business goals.
• Lead drafting and review of major litigation and arbitration documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex legal matters.
• Mentor internal teams, enhancing legal knowledge across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing innovative solutions.
• Manage legal team operations, including billing, contracts, and document control.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years’ experience in litigation and investigations, preferably in tech or financial services.
• International experience (APAC, EMEA) is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing high-stakes litigation.
• Strong legal drafting and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling regulatory inquiries and leading investigations.
• Interest in the evolving cryptocurrency industry.
