Junior Operations Specialist

We’re hiring a Junior Operations Specialist to support daily operations, data management, and internal coordination in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records across platforms, ensuring data integrity.
• BPO Data Management: Oversee outsourced data processes and collaborate with BPO partners.
• Confluence Maintenance: Update and organize documentation on Confluence.
• Trading Assistance: Support trading operations and execution tasks.
• Internal Team POC: Act as the main contact for operational queries across teams.
• Design Support: Assist in creating and managing operational design materials.
• Onboarding: Facilitate client and employee onboarding with necessary documentation.
• Translation: Provide translation support for internal and external communications.
• Customer Support: Help resolve operational issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• P2P Operations: Ensure smooth processing of peer-to-peer transactions.
