Junior Project Manager, Business Development - Kadena

About the Role
Kadena is looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to support our Business Development (BD) team. You’ll coordinate projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while collaborating with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of BD projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define schedules, resources, and initiatives
• Develop and optimize process workflows for better accountability
• Maintain and update project documentation (roadmaps, plans, etc.)
• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, ideally in a business development setting
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Microsoft Project)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; certifications (PMP, Prince2) are a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on risk assessment and decision-making
• Availability for EST business hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 + benefits
