Responsibilities:

• Manage workload effectively and escalate key issues to management as needed.
• Review and verify client onboarding applications within SLAs.
• Work closely with Relationship Partner Teams and clients to fulfill KYC due diligence.
• Proficient use of compliance tools like World-Check & Jumio.
• Conduct customer due diligence with a 2-eye/4-eye review process.
• Perform risk assessments, periodic reviews, and monitor AML flags.
• Document unusual activities, attend AML/CFT training, and handle related administration.
• Review corporate client documents, conduct open-source regulatory searches, and screen against PEP, TF, and ML risks.
• Prepare senior management escalation forms and provide system feedback for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in corporate onboarding with compliance expertise.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Knowledge of various client types and EEA jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with AML policies, virtual asset regulations, and high-risk KYB cases.
• Certifications such as ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and adaptability skills in a dynamic environment.
