KYB Analyst - Offshore & VIP

Job Responsibilities

• Review onboarding applications for Institutional and VIP Clients to ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
• Collaborate with VIP sales managers to clearly communicate compliance requirements to clients.
• Coordinate with compliance teams to enhance policies and processes.
• Partner with product teams to improve front-end UI/UX and back-end efficiency.
• Document improvements through Business Request Documents (BRDs).
• Lead a team of 10+ KYB analysts with expertise in compliance.

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Banking, preferably in Private/Investment/Institutional Banking.
• Knowledge of offshore investment funds (e.g., Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands).
• Familiarity with complex organizational structures and regulatory tools (e.g., World-Check, Jumio).
• Understanding of MAS and HKMA regulations.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance requirements simply and effectively.
• Strong data analytics skills for MI and strategic insights.
• Self-driven with process improvement and strategic capabilities.
