Responsibilities:

• Manage workload and escalate key risks/issues to management as needed.
• Handle, review, and verify client onboarding applications within SLAs.
• Maintain relationships with Relationship Partner Teams and clients to fulfill KYC due diligence.
• Use compliance tools (e.g., World-Check, Jumio) and conduct risk assessments, enhanced due diligence, and AML monitoring.
• Serve as a contact for Periodic Review queries and collaborate with Compliance and internal teams.
• Support VIP and Broker account reviews, process improvements, and administrative tasks.
• Review corporate documents, conduct regulatory and public listing checks, and perform translations if required.
• Prepare management escalation forms, highlight procedural gaps, and ensure accurate data entry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate onboarding experience with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Fluent in English and an additional European language.
• Familiarity with various client types and EEA jurisdictions.
• Experience in AML, high-risk KYB cases, and financial institutions' profile reviews.
• ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational, and relationship skills.
• Knowledge of virtual asset regulations and evolving currency policies is a plus.
