Responsibilities:

• Manage workload and escalate risks/issues as needed.
• Review and verify client onboarding applications within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Relationship Partner Teams and clients to ensure KYC due diligence.
• Utilize compliance tools such as World-Check and Jumio.
• Conduct risk assessments, reviews, and monitor AML flags.
• Participate in training and act as a contact for Periodic Reviews.
• Coordinate with Compliance and internal teams for seamless processes.
• Address issues with Key Account Managers (KAMs) for VIP and Broker accounts.
• Support process improvement initiatives and general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in corporate onboarding with solid compliance knowledge.
• Fluent in English, with an additional European language preferred.
• Familiar with various client types and AML policies.
• Knowledge of Virtual Asset Service Providers and high-risk KYB cases.
• ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and relationship skills.
