Responsibilities

• Manage workload, escalating risks/issues as needed
• Review and verify client onboarding applications within SLAs
• Collaborate with Relationship Partner Teams and clients to fulfill KYC requirements
• Proficient in compliance tools like World-Check and Jumio
• Conduct risk assessments, periodic reviews, and enhanced due diligence
• Monitor and document unusual activity or AML flags
• Serve as point of contact for Periodic Reviews
• Coordinate with Compliance and internal teams to ensure smooth processes
• Communicate with Key Account Managers to resolve review issues
• Support process improvements for efficiency
• Handle general admin duties as required
• Review corporate client documents and conduct open-source checks
• Perform WorldCheck screenings and translations of documents
• Prepare risk escalation forms for senior management
• Provide system feedback and suggest upgrades
• Implement onboarding procedures and detect documentation issues

Requirements

• 3+ years in corporate onboarding with strong knowledge of compliance rules and regulations
• Fluent English; an additional European language preferred
• Familiarity with client types (e.g., Funds, Partnerships, Trusts) across EEA jurisdictions
• Experience with AML Policy reviews and control gap identification
• Knowledge of Virtual Asset Service Providers and experience with high-risk KYB cases
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ACAMS, CAMS, CCAS, ICA) preferred
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and virtual currency policies
