Learning & Development Intern

As a Learning & Development Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the development of program resources, coordinating learning sessions, addressing employee inquiries, and contributing to the continuous improvement of programs through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and maintaining learning resources
• Support the coordination of instructor-led sessions and L&D events
• Respond to employee inquiries about learning programs
• Collect and analyze data to improve learning initiatives
• Co-facilitate live learning sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in adult education, HR, or organizational psychology
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
• Ability to suggest and implement improvements
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment

Nice to Haves:

• Pursuing a relevant degree or certificate
• Experience in administrative or coordination roles
• Experience creating presentations or using project management tools like Asana or Jira

Pay Range: $30 USD per hour, with target bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
