Role Summary:
This role focuses on B2B and retail marketing, emphasizing partnerships within the TON ecosystem. You'll track key metrics, build strategic relationships, and support growth initiatives in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the TON ecosystem, fostering relationships across DeFi.
• Leverage DeFi knowledge to promote staking and related tools.
• Track metrics (LTV, ER, ROMI, CTR) to inform marketing.
• Drive partnerships with top exchanges and DeFi projects.
• Adapt to the fast-paced, varied demands of a startup.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Web3 Marketing/BizDev, preferably in DeFi.
• Stable work history with minimal job changes.
• Proactive mindset, ideally with hackathon, project, or content experience.
• Strong understanding of DeFi tools, staking, and liquidity pools.
• Fluent English (C1-C2) for international collaboration.
