Marketing Insights Manager (International)

We're looking for a research expert to join our Marketing Insights team. This role involves designing and executing global research to support marketing, product, and brand strategies. You will translate research into actionable insights, communicate effectively across teams, and drive impactful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute global research supporting marketing and communications.
• Turn business questions into actionable research plans.
• Translate findings into insights that impact millions of people.
• Collaborate and drive strategies with insights across teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including survey and data analysis.
• Expertise in research design, agency/vendor management, and influencing executives.
• Experience with audience understanding, positioning, and messaging.
• Proficiency in SPSS, R, or other analytics tools.
• Familiarity with crypto/blockchain.

Nice to have:

• Experience in matrix environments and conducting global research studies.
