Track market trends and competitors' outreach tool strategies, and continuously adjust and optimize the company's operational strategy.
Improve resource utilization efficiency by analyzing data and user feedback, optimizing outreach tool deployment strategies, and resource allocation to maximize outreach effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, product management, or related fields with at least 3 years of work experience.
Strong experience in product management and operational management, familiar with product lifecycle and optimization processes.
Familiar with market trends and best practices for outreach tools, with some market research and competitive analysis skills.
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, able to make product optimization and operational decisions using a data-driven approach.
Excellent project management and coordination skills, able to effectively manage multiple outreach tool projects and team resources.
