Responsible for user growth operations to attract new users, active users, and user retention in OC region.
Ideate marketing strategies and plans to grow New Users, Active Users, and Trading volume through branding and communications, KOLs, user growth initiatives, and campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring results.
Analyze user data, refine user tags, manage users hierarchically, and perform refined user operations throughout the user journey.
Efficiently collaborate with cross-departments (BD, product, branding, etc) to formulate regional growth strategies and plans.
Plan and excute offline events for KOLs, VIPs and Users.
Moderate the local Bitget forums, social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
Explore new community friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of Bitget local userbase and influence.
Grow user base on different social media platforms and local channels and increase the awareness of our brand in fun, interactive and informative ways.
Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams
Stay informed on trends in digital technology.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in a cryptocurrency exchange or a blockchain project, is preferred
High ownership of data with strong data analytical skills and operational capabilities. Good at driving marketing decisions through data analysis
Strong communication with good internal and external coordination. Strong ownership and accountability, self-driven, and an executor
Fluent in English and Chinese as a working language
Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence and able to handle multi-tasks.
Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures.
Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
Fluent in English and native in local language.
