Your Mission

As a Compliance Officer at Bitpanda, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with MiCAR and other regulatory requirements, supporting our growth as a leading Crypto-Asset service provider in Europe. This role involves:

• Serving as the main compliance contact for MiCAR, ensuring standards are met across Bitpanda.
• Providing expert guidance on regulatory matters.
• Shaping MiCAR compliance strategy and supporting licensing and NCA interactions.
• Staying informed on regulatory developments and analyzing complex issues, focusing on Crypto-Assets.

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in law or business law with 3+ years in financial market regulations.
• Knowledge of Crypto regulation and MiCAR is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, with German proficiency as a bonus.
