Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you'll support key operational processes, including outsourcing control, vendor oversight, and ensuring compliance with financial promotions regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Refine service provider performance, collaborate with stakeholders to improve delivery
• Design and assess first-line defense controls in collaboration with second-line teams
• Manage formal escalation processes and proactively resolve issues with outsourced services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in e-money operations
• Monitor fraud rates and provide visibility on trends to local management
• Support the Financial Promotions regime, ensuring ongoing compliance for product launches
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and interpret data for project recommendations
• Prepare materials for internal and external regulatory meetings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in financial services or operations management
• Strong attention to detail with content suitable for external sharing
• Experience in operational policy implementation, particularly for outsourcing
• Proven ability to manage outsourced services and align with regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Expertise in crypto
• Familiarity with Google apps, JIRA, SQL, Redash, Snowflake, Looker
