What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Support: Deliver prompt, professional assistance to customer queries.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate issues, keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Due Diligence: Assess listing applications based on company criteria.
  • Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers, partners, and communities.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends in crypto, Web3, and DeFi.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and support ad hoc tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in finance, consulting, customer support, or fintech/startup roles.
  • Skills: Knowledge of crypto assets, Web3, and DeFi. Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, blockchain explorers, and analytics platforms.
  • Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Leadership: Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
