Role Overview: The Ireland Outsourcing Manager will oversee Coinbase Ireland’s outsourced services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing the Outsourcing Framework. This role involves developing operational processes, governance, and documentation, and ensuring efficient execution across our EMEA operations. You will report to the COO and collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks to meet compliance standards.
• Implement strategies, policies, and processes for effective risk management.
• Oversee outsourcing lifecycle, ensuring controls, documentation, and reporting are in place.
• Train responsible units and support ongoing process simplification.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to ensure framework compliance.
• Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
• Provide cross-border support and develop insightful MIS for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, including policy development and oversight.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial services (Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, etc.).
• Process-oriented with strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence colleagues at all levels regionally and globally.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multinational businesses or US-headquartered companies.
• Background in retail payments, trading, or crypto/blockchain.
