The Role
As an Operations Senior Associate, you’ll support the regulatory and product operations of CB Payments Ltd., reporting to the UK Head of Operations. You’ll execute key processes, oversee outsourcing and vendor management, and help deliver compliance for the Financial Promotions regime.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory and product operations for CB Payments Ltd.
• Monitor and improve service provider performance and controls.
• Develop and manage processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee fraud rate trends and report key metrics.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with new product launches.
• Manage cross-functional projects and regulatory meeting preparations.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or operations management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished external content.
• Experience in operational policies, outsourcing management, and regulatory alignment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior management and external partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Crypto expertise.
• Proficiency with Google apps, JIRA, and basic SQL tools.

Compensation

• Salary: £79,200—£88,000 GBP/year (plus bonus, equity, and benefits).
