Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat and other real-time communication platforms on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule .
  • Resolve customer disputes effectively, demonstrating a deep understanding of P2P (peer-to-peer) trading processes.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of risk, particularly when handling sensitive customer information and adhering to data security protocols .
  • Collaborate with the team to address customer feedback and refine workflows to improve the user experience .
  • Stay informed about our products and services to offer accurate and helpful guidance to customers.
  • Ensure all customer concerns are handled efficiently and strive for quick and satisfactory issue resolution .
  • Stay up-to-date on cryptocurrency and blockchain trends and leverage this knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Share insights and best practices with team members to strengthen overall service quality .
  • Assist in identifying and documenting common customer issues to provide actionable feedback for improving our products and services.
