Job Application - People Analytics Intern (Summer 2025)

At Coinbase, our mission is to increase global economic freedom, and we are seeking a motivated People Analytics Intern for a 12-week summer internship in 2025. As part of the team, you’ll help build a world-class People Analytics function by analyzing employee data, identifying trends, and supporting key data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze employee data and identify trends.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests and reporting processes.
• Support stakeholders with dashboard navigation.
• Collaborate on executive presentations and analytic solutions.

What We Look For:

• Strong experience with data analysis and spreadsheets.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Nice to Haves:

• Pursuing an analytical degree or certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation:
$30/hour, plus bonus and benefits.
