People Operations Intern

This 12-week summer 2025 internship offers hands-on experience in People Operations. As a People Operations Intern, you’ll work with the team to optimize HR processes, improve employee experience, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to assess and document HR processes
• Perform root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Analyze data to identify trends and propose solutions
• Create process flowcharts to visualize improvements
• Prepare documentation and participate in process testing

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Interest in business process improvement

Preferred:

• Pursuing a degree in HR, business, management, or related field
• Experience with HR tools (Workday, Greenhouse), BI tools (Looker), or ticketing systems (Jira, Service Now)

Pay Range: $30 per hour. Coinbase offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
