Your Role

We’re seeking a People Operations Specialist to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and support our growing team. This is not just an HR role—it’s an opportunity to build scalable systems in a fast-moving web3 company.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• HR Operations: Manage contracts, update HRIS, and refine workflows.
• Documentation: Develop policies, employee handbooks, and digital records.
• HR Initiatives: Support performance management, DEI, engagement, and retention programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years in People Operations or HR.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Web3 experience is a plus!
