This role is key to optimizing our customer support processes and improving user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve current customer support processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for greater efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product team) to drive process improvements.
  • Monitor the impact of changes to ensure improved customer satisfaction.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide decisions.
  • Train and support customer support teams on new processes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in customer support.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
