Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Design Lead to drive Mantle’s design strategy across core products like mETH Protocol, Rewards Station, and Mantle Website. You’ll lead a global team, ensure design consistency, and collaborate across teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & mentor a team of 3 product designers.
• Define & execute design strategies for new and existing products.
• Ensure consistency in UX and design systems across Mantle.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product design (3+ in leadership).
• Crypto experience with strong blockchain knowledge.
• Expertise in UX, design systems, and stakeholder management.
• Bonus: Graphic design skills & agile workflow experience
