About the Role

• Lead and design key Brokerage products
• Balance leadership (50%) with hands-on design work (50%)
• Define design vision, craft high-quality user experiences
• Mentor and grow a team of designers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering)

Compensation

• Zone 1 (Menlo Park, NY, Bellevue, DC): $187K - $220K
• Zone 2 (Denver, Westlake, Chicago): $165K - $194K
• Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL): $146K - $172K
• Eligible for bonuses & equity plan
