Role Overview:

• Report to Head of Product for Options
• Lead system development for Options Business Unit: discovery, validation, continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Business, Commercial, Trading, Research, and Engineering teams
• Focus on Product-centric mindset, data-driven insights, and user feedback

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery, definition, and development of product initiatives
• Ensure measurement of trading impact and business logic validation
• Produce metrics on development operations and team performance
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency

Essential Experience:

• Strong understanding of trading systems and options trading desks
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in product management, fintech, or crypto sectors
• Agile environment experience with cross-functional teams

Beneficial Experience:

• 3+ years in HFT options trading
• Strong grasp of options theory and trading concepts

• Leadership skills and team collaboration
• Knowledge of DeFi and blockchain concepts
• Self-motivated with a quick learning ability

Location & Work:
