Role: Senior Product Manager, Payments
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead a focused product area, collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver payment solutions that drive our mission forward. Your work will impact our Retail & Institutional customer segments and leverage Finance 2.0 principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage products from conception to launch.
• Map user pain points into strategic roadmaps.
• Balance diverse user needs and align teams around a shared vision.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of launching payment products (e.g., cards, ACH).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Data-driven mindset with SQL and experiment design skills.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets.

Preferred:

• Experience with crypto-native projects (NFTs, DeFi, DAOs).
• Familiarity with onchain activities like Ethereum, ENS, and dApps.

Compensation:
Target salary: $149,500 CAD, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
