We're seeking a Senior Product Manager for our payments platform—a critical part of our journey to become the primary financial account using Finance 2.0 principles. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and excel at solving complex problems, Coinbase could be your next home.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive product development from conception to launch, owning a focused product area.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to execute a shared vision.
• Map user pain points and feedback into strategic roadmaps.
• Prioritize effectively across diverse user needs and align teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in product management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams.
• Proven ability to launch products, ideally payment solutions with card, bank, ACH, or network knowledge.
• Data-driven approach with SQL and experiment design experience.
• Passion for crypto and financial markets.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with crypto-native projects (NFTs, DeFi, DAOs).
• Familiarity with on-chain activity and blockchain-based services.

Pay Range: $140,250—$160,000 USD annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
