We seek a Product Manager for our Automation team, a key driver of efficiency and scalability within Coinbase’s Financial Hub. This team powers crypto and fiat transactions, supporting core trading and innovative crypto ventures. You’ll design intuitive, compliant solutions to simplify global tax management for our customers while optimizing internal automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Coinbase’s Automation product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring compliance with evolving tax regulations.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams to shape the roadmap.
• Deliver exceptional user experiences by working with UX/UI teams.
• Use data to measure performance, identify improvements, and make informed decisions.
• Unite cross-functional teams around a shared vision and execute effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with financial products.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Background in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in crypto, tax law, or crypto taxation is a plus.
