Product Manager - KYC/ KYB

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Product Manager to help design and develop a world-class KYC/KYB platform. This role involves working with a regional team to deliver a seamless, compliant, and user-friendly experience, ensuring projects meet deadlines and priorities align with user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the design and development of the KYC/KYB platform.
• Assist in creating the development roadmap in line with strategic goals.
• Draft and review Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, meeting all deadlines.
• Work with Engineers, Designers, and internal stakeholders to prioritize features.
• Refine workflow design to optimize user conversion rates.
• Support the coordination of product implementation across teams.
• Communicate new features and enhancements to stakeholders.
• Monitor key user metrics for continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in Tech, Fintech, Finance, or Blockchain.
• Strong knowledge of KYC processes in local markets is a plus.
• Experience managing product lifecycles in an agile framework.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English (additional local language skills a plus).
