Responsible for the design and iteration of on-chain market-related products, including modules such as transaction data analysis, market tracking, and smart money flows;
In-depth research on the on-chain data ecosystem to explore users’ core needs for on-chain transaction behaviors and market trends;
Collaborate with the blockchain development team to optimize the process of acquiring, parsing and displaying on-chain data;
Continue to follow the trends of the blockchain industry and pay attention to the transaction patterns and liquidity on mainstream public chains (such as Ethereum, Solana, Base, etc.);
Participate in product promotion strategies to ensure that the product meets the needs of both experienced and novice chain users;
Analyze other wallets and on-chain tool products on the market and provide innovative functional design suggestions;
Job Requirements
Blockchain experience : more than 3 years of experience in the blockchain industry, familiar with on-chain transactions, DeFi, memecoin market, and the basic logic of on-chain smart contracts;
Data analysis ability : Have an in-depth understanding of on-chain data and be familiar with the use of blockchain browsers, Dune Analytics, Nansen and other tools;
User perspective : They are senior on-chain users who have an intuitive understanding of on-chain asset management, arbitrage opportunities, smart money monitoring, and other scenarios;
Product Design : Experience in product design in the blockchain or financial field, and the ability to design data-related product modules from scratch;
Technical knowledge : Understand the blockchain data acquisition methods (such as RPC, GraphQL, etc.) and their technical implementation;
Communication and collaboration : Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, able to drive development, operations and marketing teams to achieve product goals;
Bonus points :
Familiar with Solidity smart contracts or other on-chain development technology principles
Have experience in DeFi products or wallet products;
Able to capture market hotspots and respond quickly, and good at planning growth strategies.
Candidate Background Requirements
They are senior users on the chain, often use wallets and on-chain tools, and can deeply understand the needs and pain points of users when using on-chain market tools;
Be sensitive to DeFi, memecoin, smart money tracking and other ecosystems, and have some arbitrage or investment experience;
Love exploring data-driven product design, able to quickly iterate functions and optimize user experience.
