Product Marketing Manager II, Trading

As part of the Trading team, you will focus on growing global traders and trading volume across our platforms. You will develop and execute growth strategies, lead product launches, and measure marketing performance. Your goal will be to enhance the customer experience and build stronger connections with crypto traders.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer segments and act as their voice in the crypto trading ecosystem.
• Develop and implement growth strategies, including promotions, pricing, marketing, and events.
• Lead product and feature launches with go-to-market strategies.
• Measure the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the evolution of crypto trading experiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in crypto or FinTech.
• Proven success in implementing growth strategies.
• Experience in customer segmentation and insights.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
• Advanced analytical and project management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience at a cryptocurrency exchange or DEX.
• Active crypto trader.
• Multilingual.
