Role Overview

We seek an experienced Production Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our crypto-related business lines. You’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support trading, lending, proprietary trading, and risk management operations.
• (VP level) Lead the London production support team.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot Java/Python applications, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with developers for fixes and system improvements.
• Coordinate with global teams for seamless 24/7 support.
• Document support procedures and maintain knowledge bases.
• Communicate with clients to address support needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in production support, preferably in financial services.
• Strong skills in SQL and Java/Python.
• Experience troubleshooting complex applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with cryptocurrency, FX trading, blockchain, or DevOps tools.
