Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the successful implementation of the strategies, responsibilities, services and deliverables of the main site R&D and project management departments.

2. Promote the monitoring project and assist the team in reporting to management and stakeholders.

3. Establish a framework and standards for program and project management

4. Provide and maintain capacity planning and resource tracking services for the entire program

5. Build cohesion within the team and motivate the team to complete high-quality work.

6. Define and embed project control and management, provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with project management process and exchange business

2. Demonstrated track record in planning, executing, controlling and closing projects, and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision

3. Experience in managing a project team of more than 25 people throughout the entire project cycle

4. Experience in using Agile and managing medium to large projects

5. Strong skills in creating and maintaining projects and plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies, etc.

6. Fluent English communication, excellent written/oral communication skills in reports and presentations are required

Target profile: Work experience of about 5 years, worked in a competitor exchange, understands some business, can express clearly, needs to be good at English, preferably with a study abroad background
