Project Manager - Entity Operations

Role Overview:
The Ireland Entity Operations Project Manager will support the CEO and Leadership Team in expanding Coinbase's presence in Ireland, a key foundation for our European growth. This cross-functional role includes entity management, regulatory oversight, and brand growth, with potential to expand across other European entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deliverables for Ireland, tracking dependencies, ownership, and criticality.
• Enhance communication and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products to assess risks and dependencies.
• Ensure accurate reporting and accountability across local and regional teams.
• Collaborate with European offices to identify opportunities for reuse or partnership.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and Design.

• Proven project management experience.
• Passion for excellence and outstanding performance.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial services functions (e.g., Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit).
• Process-oriented with clear communication skills.
• Ability to influence colleagues at all levels and manage risk effectively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retail payments, trading, or brokerage platforms.
• Interest or experience in the crypto/blockchain space.
