Project Program Manager - Chainalysis

The Chainalysis Global Services team educates and supports customers in mastering cryptocurrency and Chainalysis products. We create engaging content and help users at every level become experts.

As Project/Program Manager, you'll drive initiatives to deliver Chainalysis products worldwide. This role suits a detail-oriented, organized individual adept at managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. You'll ensure projects are on time, within scope, and meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects for the Global Services team
• Define scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business goals
• Manage resources, budgets, and project performance using tools and methodologies
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment
• Serve as the main contact for project updates, managing expectations and escalating issues as needed
• Oversee cross-functional teams, providing guidance and clear communication
• Facilitate inter-team communication, track progress, and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct regular project meetings, ensuring milestone delivery and adapting plans as needed
• Identify risks, plan mitigation strategies, and support teams in resolving challenges
• Improve project management processes and implement best practices for efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in tech, SaaS, or professional services
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication for effective stakeholder management and project updates
• Proactive problem-solver with flexibility and adaptability for changing environments
• Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SaaS, software, or tech project management
• PSA tool implementation and rollout
• Customer-facing project experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency
