Real Estate & Builds Intern

This 12-week summer internship will focus on redesigning office spaces to enhance employee engagement and collaboration. You’ll work closely with design and construction teams, managing vendor relationships, cost tracking, and supporting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in office space redesign to foster a collaborative environment.
• Manage vendor relationships, cost tracking, and negotiations.
• Support project management, risk assessment, and delivery timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in workplace design or real estate projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred:

• Pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Experience in construction management or project management.
• Familiarity with workplace utilization strategies.

Pay Range: $30/hour
