Regional Operations Lead, Africa - Binance

Responsibilities:

• Drive expansion plans across African markets and coordinate with Government Relations, Compliance, Marketing, PR, and Tech teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to elevate operational standards and achieve business goals.
• Build partnerships to increase regional crypto adoption and foster growth.
• Represent Binance in the community, including events and media engagements.
• Manage budgeting, P&L performance, and financial milestones to meet user and trading targets.

Requirements:

• Passion for crypto and blockchain innovation.
• 8+ years of proven success in GR/BD/operations/marketing roles.
• Expertise in growth strategies and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English is essential.
