Role Overview

We seek a Senior Algorithmic Trading Engineer to enhance trading strategies and support risk management. You will work closely with traders to optimize performance and maintain trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine algorithmic trading strategies.
• Conduct trade analytics for optimization.
• Maintain risk management systems.
• Provide Level 1 (L1) support for trading operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Java, 2+ years in Python.
• 2+ years in algorithmic trading (benchmarks, proprietary, or FX trading).
• Strong understanding of PnL calculation and trading analytics.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Proficiency in multi-threading, performance analysis, and clean coding.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, Jira, and automated deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in strategy backtesting and cryptocurrency trading.
• Knowledge of middleware, cloud technologies, and logging tools.
