Senior AV Engineer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior AV Engineer to manage AV deployment projects, including video conferencing (VC) systems, and ensure seamless AV services across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AV Engineering in office deployments, moves, and changes.
- Configure and maintain AV equipment for functional VC systems.
- Develop and implement global AV standards and policies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AV solutions (QSYS, Google Meet, Crestron).
- Design AV solutions, including schematics and system diagrams.
- Manage conferencing solutions and improve user experience.
- Train AV Ops teams and collaborate with IT and Workplace teams.
- Address user feedback to enhance AV services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in audiovisual technology or IT.
- Expertise in AV systems, including signal flow, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (IP, VLANs, protocols).
- Experience managing full AV project cycles (scope, budget, installation, testing).
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
