As we expand to support this dynamic ecosystem, we seek a Senior Business Analyst to enhance our business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview: 

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, reporting to the Chief of Staff, to translate SDF's annual strategy into actionable insights. You will contextualize developments within the Stellar ecosystem and provide recommendations aligned with our mission. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential for conveying the Stellar story to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data-driven decisions by clarifying SDF's progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document data and reporting requirements.
• Define KPIs and make informed business recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses and create visualizations for decision-making.
• Present compelling insights from data analysis regularly.
• Develop strategies for effective data reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range of $130,000-$175,000 based on experience, plus lumen-denominated grants.
