Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Oversee community program operations, track activities, and ensure smooth execution.
• Community Engagement: Provide resources and support to stakeholders.
• Regional Coordination: Address regional needs and support key areas (LATAM, Asia, etc.).
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with legal, marketing, ecosystem, and finance teams.
• Resource Development: Update handbooks, guidelines, and educational resources.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Attract and onboard relevant community members.
• Performance Metrics: Track metrics and evaluate program success.
• Strategic Development: Align community programs with broader Stellar initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale program management, ideally in community initiatives.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Cultural competency and a community-driven mindset.
• Problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain and Stellar.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
