We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Product Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in product management within the financial industry, specifically related to compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of compliance operation products, responding to incidents and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to understand regulatory processes and policies.
• Translate regulatory requirements into effective, user-friendly product features.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to implement compliance solutions.
• Conduct user research to improve the user experience and compliance workflows (20% of the role).
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on business needs, regulatory requirements, and user feedback.
• Continuously monitor and optimize compliance features.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to enhance compliance products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance/risk-related product management, ideally in finance or technology (crypto experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of product and project management principles, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial regulations like AML/KYC, GDPR, and PCI-DSS, and their impact on product design.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
