Job Application: Compliance Product Lead at Binance

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Product Lead to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Compliance Regulations and hands-on experience building top-tier Compliance products within the financial and technology sectors. You will play a key role in shaping and optimizing compliance solutions to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the performance of Compliance products and Backend systems, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Compliance and internal stakeholders to design and enhance world-class Compliance solutions.
- Monitor product performance through key metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- Work cross-functionally to address and mitigate Compliance risks promptly.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of updates.
- Establish processes for product operations, incident management, and regulatory reporting.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Development.
- Proven experience in Compliance product management, ideally within Finance or Technology.
- At least 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of Compliance, Transaction Monitoring, and Internal Tools Systems.
- Demonstrated success in launching Compliance product features.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (technical and non-technical).
- Proficiency in Agile development and data analysis.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to engage with cross-functional teams effectively.
