Senior Data Modeler- Fidelity Investment

Join Fidelity Investments as a Senior Data Modeler to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. You'll translate data requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical models for analytical, operational, and transaction platforms using AWS or on-prem services. This role supports Crypto Trading by modeling domains and entities, enhancing existing models as the business evolves.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer/Data Science or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, or analytic data modeling
• Proficient in SQL and databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Teradata)
• Experience with Python (a plus)
• Knowledge of metadata management, tools (Erwin, ER Studio, etc.), and data governance
• Strong skills in data modeling for OLTP, OLAP, and time-series data
• Familiarity with Alation, Collibra, and data cataloging
• Ability to define and enforce data modeling standards
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
