Responsibilities

• Identify and grow business opportunities across APAC, establishing partnerships with banks, payment providers, and navigating regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Drive Fiat growth through strategic agreements to enhance market penetration, user acquisition, and revenue.
• Engage with APAC regulatory bodies, government agencies, and key industry influencers, managing outreach, negotiations, and partnerships.
• Develop localized Fiat strategies to foster adoption of crypto ecosystems.
• Co-develop and implement go-to-market strategies for payment products and new market models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Regional) to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Fintech, specifically within Payments, Crypto Wallets, or Digital Banking, with proven success in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Customer Growth.
• Strong knowledge of APAC payment and banking regulations.
• Demonstrated success in revenue and customer growth for high-growth businesses.
• Strategic thinker with strong project management, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator, able to engage with external regulatory parties and coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Compliance, AML).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets.
