Senior Manager, DeFi Partnerships - Stellar Development Foundation

Role Overview:

• Drive DeFi partnerships within the Stellar ecosystem, focusing on wallets, protocols, and platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to support the growth of Stellar’s DeFi ecosystem.
• Engage with key Web3 players (security firms, exchanges, oracles) to launch Stellar-based DeFi projects.
• Represent Stellar at global conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and close partnerships with multi-chain platforms.
• Oversee DeFi project integration and growth strategies.
• Work with product and engineering teams to create business opportunities.
• Advocate for ecosystem partners and lead initiatives.
• Collaborate with ecosystem and marketing teams for new programs.
• Develop strategies for Stellar ecosystem expansion.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or DeFi (1+ year in DeFi).
• Existing relationships with wallets, protocols, and exchanges.
• Strong communication skills and project execution experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Bonus:

• Experience in non-EVM DeFi or capital markets.
• Fluency in additional languages.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
