The Role:
As a Senior Manager on the FDA Product Delivery team, you'll lead business analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll shape best practices, manage product enhancements, and support squad alignment while fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of business analysts to deliver trusted product solutions.
• Develop and implement best practices for requirements elicitation, use cases, test cases, and stakeholder management.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Create and maintain documentation, including diagrams, requirements, and issue tracking.
• Champion Fidelity leadership behaviors and support team growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 7+ years in business/system analysis, project management, or leadership roles.
• Expertise in product development lifecycle and business analysis techniques.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster cross-functional partnerships and deliver innovative solutions.
